- Family-Based immigration: Immediate Relative Petitions, Fiancé Petitions, Petitions to Remove Conditions on Residence, and counseling on matters covered under the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA);

- Waiver of Foreign Residence Requirement attached to J-1, including: No Objection, Extreme Hardship to a US or LPR spouse or child, and Physician VA or Conrad program waivers;
- Counseling on preservation of permanent residence and naturalization, including naturalization pursuant to INA 319(b) and INA 319 (c); Counseling human resources personnel on developing policies regarding sponsorship for temporary visas and permanent residence;
- Representing schools and institutions seeking designation to enroll foreign students in F-1, M-1 or J-1 status, but counseling on the I-17 Petition process with the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP);
- Conducting orientation seminars for clients covering various topics including work visas, permanent residence, I-9 compliance;
- Web-based immigration portal and case management system to keep clients informed 24/7 of the immigration status and application processes of their employees and prospective employees.
